Global Business Innovation Programme - Boston
Exo Engineering has been shortlisted to participate in the Global Business Innovation Programme trip to Boston in October 2023.
The aim of this program is to foster good business connections between the US and UK, developing new ideas and innovations in partnership with key players in the US offshore wind market. Exo offer solutions for improving marine infrastructure biodiversity, supporting EIA requirements and protection of key species.
Along with our fellow delegates, we will be attending the Offshore WINDPOWER Conference and Exhibition, engaging with developers and experts on a broad range of topics.
This is a very exciting time as the US begins developing its green energy grid nationwide, aiming to create 45GW of fixed and floating offshore wind by 2035. As momentum gathers, we wish to be a part of providing environmental solutions for international developments, putting marine habitat restoration and mitigation at the forefront of innovations. Boston has historically been a centre for innovation growth and manufacturing prowess, which we are excited to be part of.
Collaborations with Boston based businesses will lead to the creation of local job opportunities and strong partnerships between us and our future business partners. As such, we are preparing for pilot projects within test sites and offshore wind sites along the east coast, using local by-products, manufacturers combined with our units and technology.
